Created in 1999, Avianda is a leader in high-quality construction oriented toward a reduced environmental impact. We build housing projects using our proprietary prefabricated panels, and we include double-paned windows, solar hot water, and gray water reclamation. We have successfully built two developments in Leon, Guanajuato: Las Fuentes and Natura Residencial.

Natura Residencial

Natura is among the first green housing developments in Latin America. Natura’s ample green areas and clubhouse facilities are based on environmentally driven design. Natura utilizes the Avianda construction system for both the individual residences and the towers.

Las Fuentes

Las Fuentes is the first housing development of the Avianda Group and is located in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Las Fuentes, now an established community, was an important transition in residential construction in Mexico, moving away from “bricks and mortar,” to Avianda’s concrete shell panelized system, meeting the highest seismic requirements and providing a 100% completed, quality product on delivery to customer.
